Cubex took an existing office at the edge of Finzels Reach and re-imagined it as a six-storey, BREEAM Excellent headquarters building. Cubex revitalised the structure with full-height glazing, keeping the concrete frame in place, while delivering bright, flexible floor-plates. Today The Paragon anchors the southern gateway to Finzels Reach, stitching the mixed-use quarter into Bristol’s central business district.
