Cubex took a 1980s riverside office block and re-imagined it as a bright, modern office that looks onto Castle Park and the Floating Harbour. Working with M&G, we stripped the building back to its frame, extended the upper floors and introduced full-height glazing, generous terraces and energy-saving services. The result is 47,000 sq ft of flexible, characterful workspace that attracts creative and tech occupiers such as Runway East while stitching the city centre to Temple Meads with a future-ready address.
