The eight-storey Premier Inn converts part of the former Courage Brewery site into a 168-bed hotel. The scheme provides a Spicer & Cole café on the ground floor and supports around 80 local jobs, rounding off the mixed-use fabric of Finzels Reach for residents, visitors and nearby workplaces alike.
