Cubex secured planning consent to unlock the Grade II-listed Electricity House for residential use. The approval paved the way for a sensitive conversion into 85 one, two and three-bed apartments, preserving Sir Giles Gilbert Scott’s Portland-stone façade and triple-height entrance hall, while threading modern energy performance and cycle storage through the 1930s fabric. The result brings new life to an Art-Deco icon and places residents at the very heart of Bristol.
