Will Tomlinson

Will joined Cubex in 2022 and, from a development perspective, is responsible for the full life cycle of projects. His role spans feasibility, planning, and construction through to handover to the operations team and beyond. He also works closely with the investment and transactions teams throughout each project to ensure alignment across functions.

Prior to Cubex, Will spent a decade delivering major public and private developments with BAM Construct UK. He then moved to Rider Levett Bucknall, a multinational consultancy, where he specialised in the delivery of complex, high-value developments exceeding £100 million GDV. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Will is committed to driving success in every project.

Will is a Chartered Construction Manager with the CIOB, a Chartered Project Manager with the APM, an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of the West of England.
