Patrick Freestone

Paddy joined the Cubex Board in 2023, having been involved with the business since 2020 through his role at Fiera Real Estate. He is primarily focused on growing the business by developing new capital partner relationships, while also providing valuable insights across the wider organisation.

Paddy joined Fiera Real Estate in 2020 from Catella APAM, where he was a Senior Investment Manager. Prior to that, he worked at CBRE Global Investors as Assistant Fund Manager for two discretionary UK property funds on behalf of institutional investors. In 2015, he completed a year-long secondment with CBRE Global Investment Partners to broaden his experience, before being appointed Investment Manager on the £1.6 billion CBRE UK Property PAIF.
