Minty has supported Cubex since joining Fiera Real Estate in 2019 as Head of Marketing. She provides high-level support and guidance to the marketing function, working in close partnership with Marketing Executive Leanne Wright. She offers oversight where needed and steps in to ensure continuity across campaigns, events, and communications. This collaborative approach helps maintain brand activity that is consistent, engaging, and aligned with Cubex’s wider vision.

Minth has held senior marketing positions in real estate investment management and broader financial services, where she built and led cross-functional teams and delivered multi-channel campaigns and communication strategies to drive business growth and strengthen market positioning.
