Josephine Benthall

Josephine is responsible for delivering Cubex’s Principles and ESG strategy. She joined the business in 2023 and supports the real estate investment teams in implementing targets and initiatives, while also providing technical and strategic advice on climate risk, decarbonisation, biodiversity, onsite renewables, energy efficiency, and social impact.

Previously, Josephine held roles at Aviva Investors and Buro Happold, specialising in ESG and sustainability.
