Joe Downey

Joe leads Cubex as Managing Director, with responsibility for setting the principles, strategy, and execution of the business. He works across all departments to ensure that projects are acquired, delivered, and stabilised in line with Cubex’s commitment to people, place, and partners.

Before founding Cubex, Joe established Queensbury Capital, a development company backed by Fiera Real Estate. Earlier in his career, he worked with an ultra-high-net-worth individual and a FTSE 100 company, acquiring and developing real estate across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. Joe holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
