Emma Cullen

Emma has worked with Cubex since 2007 through her role at Fiera Real Estate. She was appointed General Counsel before broadening her remit to include operational responsibilities within the business.

An FCA Approved Person, Emma oversees governance, regulation, risk, and legal matters. She qualified as a lawyer at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff before specialising in real estate investment management at Forsters. In 2000, she moved from private practice to become UK Legal Counsel at Ascent Media, further developing her corporate and commercial expertise. Emma is also a member of the Corporate Governance Committee at the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF).
