Temple Reach has begun

Enabling works are now underway on this landmark development in Bristol’s Temple Quarter, a project that goes far beyond providing new student homes.

This £150 million regeneration of a former waste management facility will:

• Deliver homes for over 500 students, designed for comfort and wellbeing.
• Create a new east–west connection, linking Temple Island and strengthening the city’s movement network.
• Introduce green boulevard gardens, rain gardens, and semi-mature trees, enhancing biodiversity and climate resilience.
• Celebrate Bristol’s cultural identity through public art and lighting, designed in partnership with local artists.
