Temple Reach transforms a former waste-management facility into a 22-storey landmark for Bristol’s Temple Quarter. The scheme will deliver 531 high-quality student rooms and 4,300 sq ft of affordable workspace. Over half of the site becomes new public realm, including a riverside amphitheatre and walkway that connects the Enterprise Campus to the River Avon.
